Wellgold
Wellgold was founded by Mark Holyoake in 2007. The company currently operates on the development of commercial and residential properties consisting of seven floors of office space, three luxury apartments as well as a standalone house.
The company’s commercial development project was completed in 2009, which resulted in seven floors of unoccupied office space. The modern-day and stylish office block has received many first-rate recommendations as it offers a new and high spec commercial space for its tenants and being in a respectable area makes it attract a prominent list of tenants.
During that same year, Wellgold’s residential development venture was completed, with three contemporary apartments as well as being on schedule to complete the standalone house.
The completion of this final project will signify the end to a four year plan to which Wellgold has successfully finished.
