A Business graduate from Reading University, Mark Holyoake has been investing in and managing businesses since 1995, when he founded his first company that sourced and produced food products in Asia. During the following decade Mark Holyoake continued his path with a multitude of acquisitions and investments in various sectors but with a heavy focus on the global food marketplace and which today continues as a main area of focus. The approach adopted has been an international one and todays businesses operate on a global platform in over ten countries.
In addition to food related businesses, Mark Holyoake has also focused on investment in commercial and residential property as well as property development. Amongst recent projects he has concluded a significant commercial and residential development in Grosvenor Gardens through his investment vehicles Jaybright and Wellgold. In addition to these Mark owns numerous other properties and is currently commencing a new development via his investment vehicle Hazelend LLP. Property continues to be a key area of focus and a longterm priority and asset class.
More recently Mr Holyoake established Oakvest, a private investment vehicle, which was set up in 2009, to look at private equity deals. The aim of the business is to provide financial support and management guidance to dynamic businesses in a variety of sectors. The business is focused on working in partnership in a true sense over the long term with talented and ambitious management teams .
