Set up and run by Mark Holyoake in 2007, Jaybright LLP ultimately operates in property development projects in Central London. These projects consist of both residential and commercial properties.
In 2009, its commercial development project had been completed. A 20,000 sq ft site which has 100% occupancy and receives numerous acclamations for its high quality specifications and its modern-day finished article.
The completion of the residential project was completed in 2010. These contemporary apartments provide top quality accommodation in modern suburban surroundings, which is in high demand in today’s property market.
