Founded in 2009, International Seafood Holdings focuses on investments in the seafood and food sectors. Located in Luxembourg, the company was established and is owned by British seafood investor Mark Holyoake. In 2009, the company had secured its first investment and today owns one of Europe’s largest seafood companies with sales of approximately €400 million a year and additional subsidiaries in over 9 countries. The company is now looking to gain further investments and prospects in this sector to increase their market share on a global scale.
