Hazelend
Established in 2008, Hazelend is a property investment vehicle which was set up and owned by Mark Holyoake. In May of that year, the company successfully secured its first development site in Notting Hill.
The design team at Hazelend seek to create the ideal 21st Century mews style property to combine both the traditional and contemporary features with the privacy of a mews residence and space of today’s modern lifestyle.
Each mews property will be created with particular unique features; each home will be almost 4000 sq ft, all the comforts expected of a high end property including a private swimming pool, fitness centre, cinema room, and outdoor eating area as well as each property having its own off street parking space.
These unique properties will be introduced to the market in 2013.
